Mallory Harper, McCartha Law’s Estate Coordinator is a recent graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, originally from Cullman, Alabama. Prior to law school, she studied Criminology and Political Science at the University of Alabama, during which time she served on the ministry team at Beachside Church. During law school, Mallory was actively involved in the Business Law Society and the Christian Legal Society, and she had the privilege of serving as the Executive Editor for The Journal of the Legal Profession. While on the Journal, Mallory authored an article that was published in one of the School of Law’s legal journals.
Since the summer after Miss Harper’s second year of law school, she has worked alongside the McCartha Law Firm, LLC, gaining hands-on experience in estate planning and LLC formation. Through this work, she has developed a particular strength in initial consultations, where clients are equipped with clear, straightforward guidance—without unnecessary legalese.
As a first-generation lawyer, Mallory understands the importance of making the law accessible. As a first generation-lawyer from a family of teachers, Mallory strives to explain legal concepts in ways that anyone can understand, no matter their background. This commitment allows clients to feel equipped and empowered in their legal decisions.
