The McCartha Law Firm’s chief legal assistant, Jennifer J. McCartha, is Certified Public Accountant who employs her experience as a CPA to assist the law firm in providing services to Not-For-Profits, Small Businesses, Probate and Estate Planning and in most practice areas of the law firm. Mrs. McCartha received her Bachelor of Science Degree (in Accounting) from Auburn University and was among the top 2% of the nation in 1994 to pass the Certified Public Accountants Exam (CPA) in its entirety on the first attempt.

Mrs. McCartha has worked in the field of accounting since 1994. Mrs. McCartha first employed her skills as an Auditor at one of the International Accounting firms, KPMG Peat Marwick, and later in a smaller regional firm and then in Industry in both the Banking and Non-Profit fields before joining Mr. McCartha in his law firm.
